CNC Machining is how we started this business nearly twenty years ago, and it continues to allow us to produce high-quality custom parts to suit customer needs.

CNC MILLING

We offer 3-Axis CNC, 2.5-Axis CNC, and manual milling capabilities for prototyping new designs as well as manufacturing parts for small to medium size production runs.

CNC TURNING

We offer CNC turning capabilities for prototyping new parts as well as manufacturing parts for small to medium scale production runs.

PROTOTYPE DESIGN & MANUFACTURING

We offer in-house design capabilities to bring customer ideas from “napkin-sketches” into physical products. We are experienced in designing machined parts, weldments, sheet metal assemblies, and much more.

SHEET METAL

As this business has grown, sheet metal fabrication has become a large portion of our manufacturing throughput. Utilizing local laser-cutting and water-jet vendors along with our in-house machinery, we can help bring your sheet metal designs to market.

CNC PRESS BRAKING

We have the capabilities to precisely form sheet metal parts into complex shapes using a CNC press brake machine.

PEM INSTALLATION

Captive nuts, studs, pins, and other parts can be integrated into designs and pressed into place onsite using our hydraulic PEM insertion press.

METAL FABRICATION

Metal fabrication projects are our bread and butter, and we have the capabilities to manufacture large one-off projects as well as small to medium runs of production parts.

WELDING

We offer TIG, MIG, and Spot welding capabilities for fabricating weldments. With 45+ years of combined welding experience, we ensure that we can produce high quality parts for your project needs.

CUTTING

We have the capabilities of cutting material using plasma and oxy-acetylene torches.
